SLATE ANNOUNCED FOR 2009 ELECTION

The NASIG Nominations & Elections Committee announced the 2009/2010 slate of candidates for the upcoming election on February 3, 2009.  On February 18, 2009 online voting was opened and the final slate included one petition candidate.

VICE PRESIDENT/PRESIDENT-ELECT/PAST PRESIDENT
3-year term beginning 2009/2010
One will be elected.

  • Katy Ginanni
  • Selden Durgom Lamoureux
  • Buddy Pennington


SECRETARY

3-year term beginning 2009/2010
One will be elected.

  • Carol Ann Borchert
  • Karen S. Davidson (Petition Candidate)
  • Meg Mering

TREASURER
3-year term beginning 2009/2010
One will be elected.

  • Lisa S. Blackwell
  • Dana M. Walker

MEMBER-AT-LARGE
2-year term beginning 2009/2010
Three will be elected.

  • Patrick Carr
  • Sandy Folsom
  • Steve Kelley
  • Shana L. McDanold
  • Christine M. Stamison
  • Naomi Kietzke Young

An email message was sent on February 17, 2009 announcing the deadline for petition candidates and again on February 18, 2009 to announce online voting.  All online ballots must be completed by midnight (EST) March 18, 2009.  Results will be announced on or before April 1, 2009.

I would like to extend a huge thank you to the Nominations & Elections Committee members who have put in a lot of time and have done a wonderful job throughout the election process!
