Emery called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. She welcomed all to the meeting and reviewed the rules of order. Special thanks were noted for all at Penrose Library that had helped in the logistics and arrangements for the board meeting. Emery reminded all that board members should expect to spend on average approximately 10 hours a week on NASIG business.
